	Cabin Rates	RV Sites to Rent
To make reservations to come in *today, call the office at 916-775-1455. If you do not get a confirmation of space available, please do not* show up as reservations are REQUIRED. Only same-day reservations are accepted over the phone. All other reservations must be completed online so both you and we will have written confirmation of the reservation request specifics. Just use the link above-it is an easy reservation system to use! When making a reservations, first choose between RV sites or Rental Cabins and put in the dates you are requesting. The reservation system will show what is available and then you can pick out specific cabins (Snuggle Inns) or RV sites. Minimum of 3 nights reservation required for ADVANCE summer reservations. Within 2 weeks of arrival date, we'll accept 2-day requests for Snuggle Inns or 1-2 day requests for RV and Tent sites. Want to see how the reservation system works? View our "how to reserve" video. Even in drought times WE'VE GOT WATER! You can also email us to make an enquiry if the online system is down for some reason: email to office "at" snugharbor.net. You know the routine...put in the @ symbol instead of the word "at"! Or you can use the form links below: Please provide all details such as your name, dates you want to come in, your address, number of people coming in, if you plan to bring pets, how many Snuggle Inns needed, etc. We will assign available cabins and confirm by email. Indicate if you will be paying by check, Visa or Mastercard. We will email back to confirm the availability, total cost, and to request payment information. But you will not have a confirmed reservation until we have RECEIVED your payment and email or signature confirming the terms of the rental agreement. Emails will be checked and responded to mornings usually. You can FAX a request. Slower turn-around time. 24 to 72 hours. Sign and date your request. FAX to 916-471-0124. We will only charge the card if we can accommodate your specific dates. You must provide a phone number or email so we can ask questions if needed. We will fax back or email if we can confirm the reservation. Requests that do not provide all needed information and a valid credit card will be declined. For staying onboard at guest docks: We do not accept overnight guest dock requests online. Call us a week before you plan to come to see if we have overnight guest dock available. Docks for ski boats, PWC and fishing boats can be reserved when reserving the Snuggle Inns or RV sites. Rental Cabin Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be made and confirmed at least 24 hours prior to arrival. We do not accept same-day drop ins. We suggest you make reservations weeks or months in advance, especially during prime time dates. You will need to choose one of the following payment options:
Option A: 100% paid in full to book reservation. No refunds or exchanges once Snuggle Inn or RV site has been confirmed and fees paid.
Option B: (additional reservation fees apply when Option B selected) 25% of full rental amount is required to book reservations. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance of amount due must be paid within 21 days of scheduled arrival, or booking can be cancelled, with no refund of original deposit. If you paid your deposit by credit card, and you do not request to pay balance due with check, you agree we should charge your credit card the balance due 21 days prior to arrival. For all advance reservations, we send out a confirmation form either by email or smail (snail-mail). Once received, please review reservation form carefully to make sure it complies with your requests, and notify us immediately if there is any mistake. Only the number of persons you stated in your reservation request will be allowed onsite. Request to change dates to other week ends or weeks counts as a cancellation and fees apply.

RV site Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservations required-no same day drop-ins accepted. As of 2007, from January to March, RV site daily/weekly reservations for prime time dates are only bookable when added to a Snuggle Inn reservation. Starting in April of each year, if RV sites are still available for summer dates, we will post that information on our website, and will accept RV site reservations for summer dates. 100% of RV site reservation fees is required to book sites. No refunds, and no exchanges. Additional days can be added only if we have available sites. Please do not arrive before 3:00 PM unless you arrange in advance with the office, and the site is available for early arrival. 1/2 day fee applies to early arrivals onsite and late check-outs. Only the number of persons you stated in your reservation request will be allowed onsite .

NOTE! We do not accept reservations for RV sites made over the phone, except for RV sites that are reserved along with Snuggle Inns for the same family or group. The person who reserved the Snuggle Inn must add the RV site to the Snuggle Inn reservation. Use the online RV reservation form to book a site at Snug Harbor.

Overnight Guest Dock reservations:
We will accept overnight guest dock reservation requests up to two weeks prior to arrival, subject to availability. During the summer months, most of our guest docks with power are reserved by customers who have also reserved Snuggle Inns and/or RV sites. Therefore, we do not have the capacity to provide overnight guest docking with power to large visiting Yacht Clubs or other boating groups. Overnight Guest Dock reservations are accepted on a boat-by-boat basis only.

Guest Dock reservations for personal water toys: ski boats, wakeboard boats, fishing boats, PWC: Requests for dock space for water toys must be added to Snuggle Inn and/or RV site reservations. We do not offer day use of our guest docks, boat launch or other resort facilities.
