Snowbird Rates
We have wonderful waterfront RV
sites with docks available by short term lease of 2-3 months at a
time for the "Snowbird" visitors to California. Snowbird leases are
available seasonally from October through April.
 "What's a Snowbird"? In the RV industry, its a family
traveling in their RV who want to escape the colder winter climates of the
North or East by migrating West and South to temporarily visit warmer
areas, such as the California Delta, Palm Springs, Arizona, New Mexico and
Florida. To meet the requests of Snowbirds from Canada and north
eastern states, we've designed the Snowbird package around the seasonal
migrations we've experienced in the past. Note that by county codes,
these sites can not be used as a "permanent long term residence".
No phone, TV cable or mail service at these sites. However, they can
be used as a great resting site for folks who want to visit the Delta for a
few months and use their site as the base station for Delta and Northern

subject to lease approval, and must be fully pre-paid. We reserve the
right to refuse to accept a SnowBird lease request if the requester can not
establish proof if alternate permanent residence elsewhere. Snowbird
packages subject to general park site lease rule that RV unit must be in
like-new condition and maintained in such condition the entire time at Snug
Harbor. |

2 persons per
site, 1 vehicle, 1 RV included in base lease agreement rate. Utilities charges based upon your
estimated use and includes electrical, water, sewer and garbage collection
fees. Docks space and boat trailer storage or extra vehicles at extra
charge. Full lease payment due with lease agreement, along with
security deposit of $500.
Note that
age/quality of RV unit and other use restrictions apply. No
phone service available for Snowbird lease sites. WiFi is
available most locations in park and in marina areas. Can not use
site as personal residence or for receiving mail. Availability of
lease subject to lease application, credit and background check, review and acceptance by Snug Harbor
Resorts, LLC management.
