     For last minute reservations only, call the office at (916)775-1455 or  FAX us at (916)775-1594.  If you get our voicemail, be sure to speak clearly, leave area code and telephone number, dates you want to visit, type of reservation you want,  number of people in your party.  If you are interested in renting a "Snuggle Inn" waterfront cabin, RV or tent site, or want information about our covered berths and guest docks, please don't forget to state that. 

     The best method for reservations for visits more than 5 days in advance is to use our new online reservation system.   After we receive the form by e-mail, we will process your request, and you will be contacted by office staff  (either by telephone or e-mail) to confirm your reservation.   Note that you are simply making a REQUEST for reservations and we can not guarantee anything until our reservation records are checked, and reservation deposit has been RECEIVED by Snug Harbor.  If, for some reason, we do not respond to your request within 24-48 hours, please contact us by e-mail or phone so we can resolve the problem.

     For SnowBird Leases and RV site leases for Vacation Home use, please review the information on the appropriate web pages and contact the office, asking for Vicki or Nicky.  For Guest Dock reservations, leave a message at the office or use the online system.

Important Notes:  If you provide cc#, we will not charge your credit card unless we can provide you with your request, and have confirmed we will charge the specific amount required.  We respond back by e-mail or telephone to confirm requests and specific RV site or cabin requests.  Our normal cancellation policy applies to reservations made online.  For cancellation policy on all reservations, please go to the rates pages that apply, either the Cabin Rates or RV site rates.  Or see General Policy page.
