Vicki's delicious recipes for cooking with fish usually caught in the
California Delta region. What to do with a striper? What's
the best way to prepare a fat old catfish? How many days in a row
can you eat that big salmon and each day it tastes different because of
how it was prepared? Vicki's new book helps anglers and the family
cooks find interesting and unique ways to prepare the delicious fresh

| Author Vicki Vann-Henderson has always
loved cooking. When she married her husband Gene, who loves to
fish, she became very creative with the various fish he'd bring home.
Several years ago, Vicki began sharing her recipes online at several
websites, including

http://deltacalifornia.com and others. Because people kept
asking for repeats of the recipes or for ideas for other fish, she
decided 2 years ago to compile the best of her recipes into a book.
It took 2 years because she only had limited time to work on it, as she
is the onsite Manager of Snug Harbor!
