| Notice of Rate Change for RV Sites
(only): 5/12/2011 |
Due to the very substantial increase in
park maintenance costs incurred because of new state laws regarding
wells, tests, reporting, and due to the substantial increase in PGE
charges, we have increased the rates of our RV sites (only) that offer
power hookups. Anyone who made and paid for reservations for
summer or fall 2011 dates already will not be subject to the
increase in the rate. If you review the rates charged by
other top-rated RV parks in the area that offer WATERFRONT full hook-up
RV sites, you will see that our rates are still quite reasonable.
When you add to it our "stay for 2 nights, get the 3rd free" special
offered in the fall and spring, it becomes even more cost effective to
say at Snug Harbor, where its so close to the Bay Area and Sacramento
but feels like you are in another country or state at least!
In addition, we have signed up to be a "Good Sam" park so persons
carrying current Good Sam discount card will receive 10% off RV site
(only) reservations. The Good Sam discount does not apply to
Snuggle Inns, Tent sites or dock space rentals. The Good Sam
discount can not be applied to reservations already made prior to
5/12/2011, even if the reservation was made for a stay at the resort
after 5/12/2011.
Our TrailerLife & Good Same rating for 2011 is the best in the area
we're told...we will post it when received in writing from the reps. |
