the lease. For vacation use only-not for personal residence use,
but you can stay for weeks at a time to enjoy the great summer weather!
Minimum of 5 month lease during spring and summer months. Electric

If park model is purchased to keep on site at Snug Harbor, we
first require acceptance of lease terms prior to qualifying to lease an RV site
at Snug Harbor.
Nice deck and stairs already there. Just add your
furniture. Includes full size fridge and stove.
Site lease is approximately $480 per month on annual lease, 2
persons, with 20' dock space to use when onsite. Park Model RV is
$28,000. Park Model RV's are just like regular RV's-registered with
DMV. If you need a loan to purchase, tell your lender its an RV.
(Lender may assume its a mobile home, which is a different type of loan).
