To make a reservation:

that the online system lets you make a 'REQUEST' but until we have
received and processed your payment, you do not have a
CONFIRMED reservation. Rates quoted on the online reservation
system assume 100% paid up front - Option A. RV site reservations
must be paid 100% up front to be booked.
If you prefer to use Option B payment plan (pay the higher rates with
only 25% deposit needed at booking) state that in the notes or
comments area or use one of the reservaton methods listed below:

You can email us to make an
enquiry: Next-fastest confirmation time: 48 to 72
hours. Please provide all details such as
your name, dates you want to come in, your address,
number of people coming in, if you plan to bring pets, how many Snuggle
Inns needed, etc.
We will assign available cabins and confirm by email.
Indicate if you will be paying by check, Visa or Mastercard. We
will email back to confirm the availability, total cost, and to request
payment information. But you will not have a confirmed reservation
until we have RECEIVED your payment and email or signature confirming
the terms of the rental agreement. Emails will be checked and responded
to mornings usually, except that during winter months office is closed
Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Slower turn-around time. 24 to 72 hours. Print out the

Daily/Weekly Rate Sheet, calculate your
nightly cost for the site or Snuggle Inn you'd like, and provide your
name, address, email and credit card information. Sign and date
your request. FAX to 916-471-0124. We will only charge the
card if we can accommodate your specific dates. You must provide a
phone number or email so we can ask questions if needed. We will
fax back or email if we can confirm the reservation. Requests that
do not provide all needed information and a valid credit card will be
declined.
You can Mail your request by snail mail, providing the dates of stay, number of
persons and preferred Snuggle Inns or RV sites.
Slowest turn-around time. 10 days or more. Print out the
2008
Daily/Weekly Rate Sheet, Calculate your charges for the
Snuggle Inn or RV site you want to rent. Send a check
with the request. Charges for dock space, boat launch, etc should
be included, or they can be
added on arrival. If we can accommodate your wishes, we will call
the phone number you provide, or send an email confirming the request.
If we can not accommodate your wishes, we will mail back your check.
Obviously, it is much better to use the online reservation system if you
want verification of a specific site or cabin.
For staying onboard at guest docks:
We do not accept overnight guest dock requests online.
Call us a week before you plan to come to see if we have overnight guest
dock available. Docks for ski boats, PWC and fishing boats can be
reserved when reserving the Snuggle Inns or RV sites. |
